Product Support:

We have full customer support available for all NOD Products. You can contact NOD by telephone at 613 398 8422, by email at Info@NODApiaryProducts.com or by fax at 613 398 0495.

Shipping:

Shipping is the customer’s responsibility, however we will arrange shipping if requested to do so. 

We have five warehouses in North America, one in the UK (for The Bee Brief and Mite AwayII ONLY), and one in Denmark (for Mite-AwayII ONLY). Our three US warehouses are located in Port Huron MI, Reno NV, Hanover PA. Our Canadian locations are Calgary AB, and Frankford ON.

We will automatically work out a shipping cost for every order and email it to you as soon as we receive your order. We are automatically notified when any order is placed.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Again, we have a keep it simple policy. Once an order is placed we consider the product sold. If you wish to cancel an order after it as been placed BUT before it has been shipped, there is a 25% re-stocking charge. Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be given.
